Idea to send:	Topic Salary Oversight Committee Content Lt. Governor should head a salary oversight committee and expenditures for job search placement. This committee would have authority to limit salaries of consultants/aides of House/Senate Presidents Pro-Tem, limit amounts paid to search firms for jobs that are almost always former legislators, etc. Another function could also be designating a portion of excess state funds to help pay off long-term bonded indebtedness; i.e., Turnpike bonds.
