Idea to send:	Topic ODOT Pay Content The way things are set up now in ODOT a person can go to all the schools and trainings but if there are guys that are sitting in a class IV and III the class II people will just sit at that pay level till retirement. There is no advancement for these guys that have been there for 10 years or more if the Class IV and III places are filled. Open up these positions for more people to promote up or do away with class ranking all together.
