Idea to send:	Topic Surrounding Neighborhoods With Walls Content I think all new neighborhoods should be required to have some sort of solid wall around the outside running along the streets. There are too many developments where they end up with broken down picket fencing. There are too many developments where they end up with 10 types of picket fencing along the street. If the developments were required to put up brick walls or something similar, then this problem would be fixed. Existing neighborhoods with this problem should be dealt with also, it really drags the city down, especially when you have a nice well kept neighborhood right next to one that is run down.
