Idea to send:	Topic education/college Content The cost of college textbooks is huge for students and families paying for college. I attended Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, who had and still has a textbook rental program for all undergraduate students. Fees were paid each semester and we received our texts. I think the regents should look into this option for our colleges and university--especialy for general ed courses.
