Idea to send:	Topic education Content Merit Pay - How could it possibly ever work in a educational situation. Maybe if I was able to pick the students I want tested and leave out my students who can't read or write, who has no support at home and therefore has no drive to achieve, or omit the students who are drug/alcohol syndrome children with very limited brain activity, and the list goes on and on! Unlike the guidelines of NCLB, the students that we possess in our classrooms are not clones but come from all different levels in society, and ability. Let's discuss it and figure it all out!
