Idea to send:	Topic Voting Content I believe one of two different changes should be made in county elections: 1. They should be non-partisan elections as school boards, city councils, and mayors or 2. If there is no candidate running in either party for a county office, all voters should be allowed regardless of party affiliation for the final election to the office. They should not be allowed to vote in primary elections, only the final election. These county officials represent all voters in the county and should be accountable to them.
