Idea to send:	Topic Sate Sales Tax Incentive Content To provide incentives and help susidize economic development in small towns and rural areas, allow a percentage of the state sales tax to be kept by the city or county. This incentive would be earmarked specifically for ecomonic development. Cities and towns would submit proposals for expenditures under the program and funding from the sales tax incentive would suppliment the city costs or fund them outright.
